Evaluation of Heating Technique of Deformed Reinforcement Using High-Frequency Induction Heating System

چکیده
To improve recycling quality, it is necessary to develop a demolition technology that can be combined with existing crushing methods employ large shredding-efficient equipment. The efficient collection of bones in segmentation dismantling method must considered according the procedure. Furthermore, there need for development partial technologies enable remodeling, maintenance, and reinforcement. In this study, we experimentally investigated temperature-rise characteristics reinforced concrete through rapid heating during high-frequency induced heating. Accordingly, chemical physical vulnerability were verified by studying thermal conduction on surface rebars cracks caused expansion pressure rebars. aimed verify applicability proposed specifying range based range, as well appropriate energy consumption. We temperature rise distribution rebar surfaces diameter, length, bar placement conditions, distance, coil location, output, using steel grade SD345. Maximum powers 5, 6, 10 kW, inductive used achieve satisfactory results.
